This Is What We Did With A $100K.
“So. The money’s almost gone.”
“So. The money’s almost gone. Let’s see what happens now,” my husband said yesterday as he transferred funds from our savings to our current account.
“Now we make more”, I replied, and he smiled. I know one of the reasons he loves me is my confidence and how well I pretend to have it together, even when I don’t.
About six months ago, my husband sold half of a business he started with a friend and made $100K. I’ve written all about it here.
Everything about that deal happened so quickly that when the money appeared in our bank account, it felt as if we’d won it in a casino or something.
For about a month, we stalled. We were unsure what to do with it; everything felt either scary or stupid.
Then we started spending.
Now, about six months later, here’s what we did with our money.
We invested bigger.
Before that deal, we already had a few thousand dollars in the Bulgarian Stock Exchange.
