Let’s talk about millions for a moment. I know you want to.

Unless I completely lose my way or the world changes in unthinkable ways, I know I’ll be a millionaire writer one day.

Bold statement, isn’t it? Let me explain.

I’m not saying it because becoming a millionaire is that important to me, and I’m not saying it because I think I’m that great at what I do.

It’s because there is a roadmap to big money. It revolves around:

  • Doing something you love.
  • Trusting yourself to follow the process that leads to success. Relentlessly.

Becoming a millionaire is not that hard anyway. There are 46.8 million millionaires and billionaires (in USD) globally (as of 2020). 70% of them live in Northern America and Europe, so your chances are only getting higher if that’s where you live.

I don’t want to underestimate how much hard work it takes to make a lot of money. It does. It takes work and know-how, discipline, and a little luck.

Will everyone who works hard become a millionaire? No.

Will you get shamelessly rich on the first try, or with the first opportunity? No.
