The importance of me-time.
Me-time. A simple concept we all know and we’ve all forgotten.
While the definition of me-time implies it’s time you spend alone, to me, it’s looser than that. Me-time is when you decide what you want to do and how. It’s all about you.
When we’re kids, our lives are me-time. We’re also energetic, creative and motivated beyond belief. Have you thought about that?
