It took me a while to understand it, though. I thought I was ready. We, high-achievers, want success so badly; we’re so ambitious, it just doesn’t make sense that our psychology needs work.

But it does. Every time I think I’m all set for success psychologically, I reach another breakthrough that makes me feel silly.
