I really enjoyed the sadness one. I think some people have this intuitive realization that emotions just have to be experienced. My mother used to apologize to me and go to her room, where I think she just pondered things and then read a little.

I always felt her being misbalanced when she did that, but it wasn’t horrible or anything. She experienced it and let it go.

Maybe I get it from her and when my father passed away, I took a long brake from work and set myself only one daily task — coloring one picture in my adult coloring book.

I mostly used greens, which was my father’s favorite color, and it was just my way to let my mind do what it has to.

Awesome, awesome article Nick, thank you!
