Hi Andrew,

This is a great question and I think the answer comes down to whether you want to write or run a business. It's difficult to do both. I've always wanted to write and the business part of things felt overwhelming. But my husband, he has a knack for making businesses work, so he decided to help me.

I think that's a winning formula: you need a partner that's the opposite of you, meaning, if you want to write, you need someone to talk to clients, distribute work etc. I believe you can absolutely find such a person if you're serious about growing this: be it a cofounder of the agency, or someone you hire, if you're willing to invest.

If you want to run the business, then simply stop writing, get more writers and focus on the business side of things.

You know what, I'm just going to write a story about this today because there's a lot to say. If you want to get an email when I publish it, you can subscribe to my Medium email list (to get an email whenever I publish). Alternatively, you'll find it on my Medium profile later.

Thanks for reading!
