Where did you notice I haven't responded?

I mostly clap for comments to agree/say thank you, and respond when I have something to say.

When I really have something to say, I sometimes postpone it until I can sit in front of a laptop, collect my thoughts and write a good response.

Sometimes I forget those postponed answers, I admit. Then I remember them again when my two small kids are around me--and that's no time to write thoughtful answers.

I actually email back and forth with a few of my readers and I've written articles based on questions they've asked me in comments--so that's a bit unfair, to tell me I don't connect with readers based on one thing you saw, don't you think?
