At The End of The Day, How Does Life Feel?
It’s time you move from distractions to meaningful progress.
The other day, I got a promotional email from Tony Robins’ team, and it started with this question:
At the end of the day, how does life feel?
This question blew me right out of my chair. We use all kinds of methods to measure our progress: how much money we make, how many words we’ve written, how long we spent on our goals.
We measure and weigh and try to put a number to a feeling. The feeling that you’re moving in the right direction. It’s intangible, but it’s also the ultimate metric of productivity.
I’ve spent years making money that didn’t move me closer to my ultimate goals.
I spent years writing pages that never saw the light of day.
And back then, come the end of the day, even though technically I’ve kept myself busy, I felt… restless.
Now, I feel exhausted. In a good way. I’m exhausted because I’ve given all I got to what’s most important to me.
And that’s amazing.
Why you’re in a slump.
If you feel confused, anxious and annoyed at the end of the day, let’s figure this shit out, shall we?
